This may be the right fit if

The problem is already familiar.

You do not need a perfect diagnosis. You only need to recognize what keeps happening.

  • Follow-up keeps falling through the cracks
  • Content starts from a blank page every time
  • Client intake depends on your memory
  • The same routine work keeps returning to your desk

What is included

You leave with work you can use.

One custom AI project

Built around your real workflow, business context, and voice.

Working instructions

Clear context, boundaries, and repeatable steps so the system knows its job.

Prompt and material library

The source files, examples, and prompts the system needs to produce useful work.

Live training

How it works

Clear from the first conversation.

  1. 01

    Name the repeated problem

We choose the one workflow that would make the biggest practical difference.

  2. 02

Map how the work happens now

I learn the decisions, handoffs, and materials already involved.

  3. 03

    Build and test the system

I configure it with your context, examples, limits, and review points.

  4. 04

    Put it to work

We run the real workflow together and make sure it holds on an overwhelmed Monday.

What changes

You leave with one useful system and real evidence about whether this approach belongs in the business before expanding it.

If the problem needs several connected systems, I will tell you before you buy this offer.

Built for real work

What the work actually did.

A system I built and run

Seventeen invoices sitting in an inbox nobody was reading.

My own invoices were not getting filed. The workflow was running. It just kept saving the wrong file, an eight kilobyte logo pulled out of an email signature instead of the ninety four kilobyte PDF sitting right next to it. Then it marked the job done and moved on.

Now it picks the PDF, names the file from the attachment instead of the subject line, and files business and personal to separate folders. When it cannot get the invoice it says why. Some vendors keep theirs behind a login, and I am not building a bank scraper to get around that.

One run recovered seventeen invoices. Everything it could not reach became a Monday morning list with a link straight to each email.

It never deletes anything. Anything it cannot fetch stays unresolved and visible, and every row has a button, so a receipt I save by hand drops off the list instead of getting chased again next week.
