The free 20-minute conversation

Twenty minutes on your business. Not a demo, not a pitch.

My goal is to understand what is happening in your business, find where the real problem sits, and give you one useful observation before we finish. If I can help, I will say what I recommend. If AI or automation is not the right answer, I will tell you that too.

Free · 20 minutes · by phone or video. No preparation, no technical background.

Who it is for

Owners who can describe the problem, even if they cannot name the fix.

You do not need a diagnosis before we talk. You only need to be able to point at where it hurts.

  • Something is costing time, money, or customers and you can point at where.
  • Work depends on you remembering, approving, or rescuing it.
  • You have tools already and they do not talk to each other.
  • You suspect AI could help but do not know what is safe or worth building.

It is not for you if

  • You are pre-revenue and still deciding what the business is.
  • You want someone to pick a tool without looking at the process first.
  • You are looking for free consulting rather than a decision.

What I will ask

Concrete questions about a real example.

  1. 01

What made you book this call now?

What has become frustrating, expensive, slow, or hard to manage.

  2. 02

Walk me through a recent example.

Where the process starts, what is supposed to happen next, and who owns each part.

  3. 03

Where does it slow down or fall apart?

Including what happens when somebody forgets a step.

  4. 04

    What is it costing?

Lost time, lost customers, missed revenue, inconsistent service, or a combination.

  5. 05

What would be different in 90 days?

What you would no longer be doing by hand, and what the customer would notice.

What you leave with

One observation you did not walk in with.

Near the end I tell you what I think is actually going on. Not the full diagnosis, because twenty minutes does not earn that, but the honest first read: that the problem is not the manual work but the business depending on you to remember it, or that it is not lead generation but what happens between the enquiry and the conversation. It is not a free written action plan, a software demonstration, a business-wide assessment, or a promise that AI is the answer.

Afterwards

I make a recommendation. You decide.

You do not need paid work right now.

The first step is something you can do yourself, and I will say what it is. This happens often enough to be worth putting in writing.

You have one clear question that deserves a focused session.

A working hour on one problem, ending in a written plan you can act on.

The problem is already clear and contained.

There is a specific thing to build, and we can go straight to building it.

The problem crosses several people, tools, and workflows.

Automating the first visible symptom would be guessing, so the business needs looking at properly first.

There is no menu to choose from and nothing to work out in advance. I put the recommendation in writing afterwards, with scope and price, so you can decide without being on a call.

In their words

What clients say after the work is working.

Questions people ask

You do not need to understand AI before we talk.

Bring the business problem. I will help determine whether AI belongs in the answer and what a sensible next step looks like.

Where do I start when I do not know what I need?

Start with a free 20-minute introductory call. Tell me what is taking too long, costing too much, or getting in the way. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or an automation plan.

What happens in the Business Systems Strategy Session?

We spend 60 minutes examining what is not working and identifying the likely bottleneck. You leave with a written summary of the problem, 2-3 specific areas where AI could help, and an honest answer on whether AI belongs in the solution at all. The session is $150, and I only recommend it when a focused hour would actually decide something.

What is the difference between one workflow and a connected business system?

A starter build is one simple workflow, so you can test whether the approach is useful before committing to more. A connected business system coordinates several workflows, tools, handoffs, or team processes around a larger business goal. I will tell you which one the problem needs.

Do I need to replace the tools I already use?

Not necessarily. I first look at what you already have, what works, and where the breakdown occurs. A useful system may connect or clarify existing tools instead of replacing them.

Do you build the system or only recommend it?

I can diagnose, design, configure, test, document, and train. The exact level of implementation depends on the engagement, but you will know the scope before work begins.

Can you train my team and remain involved?

Yes. Team training can be part of a build, and ongoing systems management is available for businesses that need monitoring, refinement, documentation, and strategic support after launch.

What if AI is not the answer?

I will tell you. Sometimes the right fix is a clearer process, a better handoff, or a decision that should remain with a person.

Bring the problem

What is taking too much time, costing too much, or getting in the way of growth?

You do not need to diagnose the solution before we talk. Bring me the problem. We will determine whether AI belongs in the answer and what the next sensible step should be.
