AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Third-party platforms also change. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated work before relying on it, especially when decisions affect clients, finances, safety, privacy, or legal obligations.
5. Payment and Refunds
Fees are stated in your proposal or agreement and are due as described there. All services are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that work begins on your behalf and fees paid are not returnable.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to needed accounts or materials, and prompt responses. You are responsible for your backups, passwords, account security, and compliance with third-party platform terms.
7. Intellectual Property
