5. Payment and Refunds
Fees are stated in your proposal or agreement and are due as described there. All services are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that work begins on your behalf and fees paid are not returnable.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to needed accounts or materials, and prompt responses. You are responsible for your backups, passwords, account security, and compliance with third-party platform terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, belongs to Tami Stewart Consults, LLC and may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission. Ownership of custom client deliverables is addressed in the services agreement.
